This level of coaching is for people playing an executive or C-Suite role in a private or corporate business. The models presented and coached to are at MBA level, though it is not necessary for you to know them before hand. The goal of this coaching program is (amongst others) to significantly increase your company profitability, become more fluid in changing markets, secure/enhance your status/position/value in the business.
Following a consultation in which we determine the scope of your needs, a coaching plan and outline of goals will determine the intensity and frequency of your required coaching.
We begin with a 6 month probationary contract after which it is extended to 12 months, renewable.
This contract can be with you in a personal capacity or with your company.

We started offering this coaching program because so many parents came and asked us to coach their kids after they’d experienced the amazing impact that coaching had on their own lives. Working with young minds is incredibly rewarding! They’re quick, agile in their thinking and unbelievably creative. Our goal is to help them navigate their very confusing and complex worlds and helping them step into the powerful young individuals that they are.
